| Minimum Order - One case,
for gems, the minimum is one package, 100 count or bulk bag.
Weights and package counts
- all weights and package counts are approximate. Glassware in
case count will be accurate.
Payment - MasterCard, Visa,
American Express and Discover also debit cards from these servers are also accepted . We
bill your credit card the day your order ships. If card is
declined, we will hold shipment until it is accepted. Your
credit card receipt will be placed in a sealed envelope and
shipped inside the shipping carton.
Samples - we do not ship
samples.
Catalogs - Our catalog
is online only.
Packing - We will pack
your order in the most cost effective method. When a case of
ware is large, we may sometimes split it and send it in two
parts in order to save you shipping costs. Whenever possible
we reuse cardboard cartons. Some items such as glass gems,
really don't need a lot of packing, but other glassware we
must pack with foam chips for safe delivery to you. Some items
are large but light, UPS requires that we charge you for
Oversize (1) 30# and for Oversize (2) 70#, no matter if the
actual weight is less.
Shipping Charges - Your
shipping charges will be based on the current UPS shipping
cost charts. Orders shipped to residences are billed at least
$1 more per box by UPS. It is impossible for us to accurately
estimate shipping costs, until we have the ware in the cartons
and type the address in on our UPS system. You can check the
box on the order form for verification of shipping costs
before we ship. We will pack your order and call or email you
with the cost of shipment, we will not proceed with your order
until you contact us and confirm that you agree to the
shipping charges, at that time your credit card will be
billed. Any order declined on delivery or returned by
customer, customer is responsible for delivery charges.
Privacy Policy - Any
information collected in the processing of your order, will
not leave our office, will not be sold or otherwise conveyed
to any other company. Our online ordering system is on a
secure line. No one will have access to your credit card
numbers, as we process our own credit cards.
Damaged ware - Ware
carried by UPS will be subject to UPS inspection, please
contact us immediately upon opening cartons. Hold damaged ware
and carton and all packing materials for at least 5 days to
allow UPS to inspect if necessary.
Ware carried by freight companies
that arrives damaged, must be claimed with the freight
company. Look for outside carton damage before signing for
your shipment, when you sign for your glassware, write
"subject to concealed damage inspection" on the form
the freight truck driver asks you to sign, then if you find
damaged ware upon closer inspection, you can still file a
claim with the trucking company.
Prices - All prices are
subject to change without notice. Any incorrect price listed
on our site, will be corrected when invoiced. If such a change
occurs, we will notify you and get your approval before we
ship your order.
Special pricing - Large
orders (over $1000.00) may qualify for deeper discounts,
depending on the item ordered. Call for details.
Returns - You may return
items at your own expense within 30 days of purchase. You must have prior approval before
returning any item. We charge a 20% restocking free on
returned items. All returned items must be unused, and in
salable condition, including the carton they are packed in. No
returns on lids purchased separately from glassware. If
we shipped the wrong item, we will send a call tag and pay the
return freight.
Discounts - Discounts
will be deducted from total of glassware at final invoice.
